• A 1920s landmark in downtown Knoxville redeveloped into 15 residential and 4 commercial condos, blending historic and contemporary elements.
• J.A. Fielden served as General Contractor overseeing top and side additions and renovations to the building.
• The Southeastern Glass Building received an AIA Award of Merit for design from the AIA East Tennessee Chapter in 2010. Southeastern Glass was one of only three awards given that year.
