Walmart DC 6068 – Storm Damage Reconstruction
Emergency demolition and reconstruction of a storm-damaged Walmart distribution center in Sanger, Texas.
A distribution center project for the Walmart network in Plainfield, Indiana, built to Walmart's e-commerce program standards.
Walmart's e-commerce program comes with its own rulebook: compressed schedules, strict site security, and coordination with national material-handling vendors who arrive on their own timelines.
There’s no slack in a schedule like this. We sequence our work around the material-handling vendors’ install windows, so each area is ready when their crews need it, not after. Every worker, delivery, and visitor on site moves through Walmart’s security requirements, and we plan the job around them from day one.
The project is in progress, with completion scheduled for December 2026.
